Terms of Use

Acceptance

By downloading or using FPL SquadPilot (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App asks you to confirm this once, the first time you open it. Accepting these terms is not the same as consenting to analytics or advertising data collection; those are handled separately and are described in the Privacy Policy.

What the App is

FPL SquadPilot is an independent fantasy football assistant. It reads public Fantasy Premier League data and presents squad, points, and planning information. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League, and it cannot make changes to your Fantasy Premier League team.

All recommendations, projections, and statistics in the App are informational only. They are estimates, not guarantees — you make your own Fantasy Premier League decisions and are responsible for them.

Accounts

The App has no user accounts. You connect it to a public Fantasy Premier League team ID, which is not a credential and grants the App no access to your Fantasy Premier League login.

Subscriptions and payment

Some features are offered as paid upgrades, billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play's in-app billing. Pricing, billing cycle, and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance through your App Store or Google Play account settings — the App itself cannot process cancellations or refunds. Refunds are handled entirely by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Adverts

FPL SquadPilot is free to use and is paid for in part by advertising. The free version of the App shows a single banner advert above the navigation bar. Adverts are supplied by Google AdMob and are not personalised: we do not build an advertising profile of you, and nothing you do in the App is combined with data from other apps or websites to target you.

Adverts are not a setting you can switch off in the free version. Purchasing premium removes them for the duration of your entitlement. What the advertising SDK receives, and your choices about it, are described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not control which adverts are shown and do not endorse their advertisers or content. If you see an advert you believe is inappropriate, tell us at the address below and we will report it to Google.

Analytics

The App records anonymous usage information to help us improve it, as described in the Privacy Policy. In the UK, EU, EEA and Switzerland this happens only with your consent. Everywhere else it is on by default and can be switched off at any time in Settings → Your data choices. Declining or switching it off does not restrict any feature of the App.

Free and premium features

Most of the App is free. Some features are available only with a premium entitlement, and new installs receive a short free trial of them. We may change which features are free and which are premium in future versions; where a change affects a purchase you have already made, it will not remove access you have paid for during the period you paid for.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App beyond what applicable law permits, and don't use the App in any way that violates Fantasy Premier League's own terms of service.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that projections, recommendations, or any other content will be accurate, complete, or lead to any particular outcome in your Fantasy Premier League standing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any Fantasy Premier League result.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms. The current version is always published at this URL.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where your local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
